        Mes conseils et astuces pour des nuits plus sereines durant l’acquisition de la propreté nocturne

          • Propreté nocturne vs propreté en journée : Reconnaissez que la propreté nocturne est un développement distinct de la propreté en journée. Ne vous attendez pas à ce que votre enfant reste au sec la nuit dès le début.

          • Limitez les liquides avant le coucher : Réduisez la quantité de liquides consommés par votre enfant quelques heures avant le coucher pour réduire la production d’urine pendant la nuit.

          • Routine du coucher : Établissez une routine relaxante avant le coucher, y compris l’utilisation du pot ou des toilettes juste avant de se coucher.

          • Laisser le pot à disposition soit dans sa chambre soit dans la salle de bain si elle est facile d’accès

          • Installer tout le nécessaire dont il aura besoin (papier, veilleuse…)

          • Mettre à votre enfant un pyjama facile à enlever

          • Expliquer clairement ce que vous attendez de lui

          • Acheter plusieurs alèses adaptées au lit (le temps d’en avoir une propre à disposition en fonction du nombre de machine à laver que vous faites)

          • Préparer le lit face dessus et face dessous en même temps: mettre draps et alèses sur les deux faces du matelas, si il y a un accident la nuit hop on enlève les draps du dessus, on retourne le matelas et le lit est prêt! Cela évite à 3h du mat bien des tracas, comme de se prendre violemment le coin de la table à langer dans la tête en se relevant brusquement parce que l’on ne trouve pas les draps. Mon conjoint à hurlé de douleur et en garde une petite marque, un si joli souvenir…

        • Une fois que la propreté diurne commence à s’installer, on ne revient pas en arrière.

          • Prévenir la famille que votre enfant ne porte plus de couche

          • Acheter des jolis slips ou de jolies culottes d’apprentissage

          • L’encourager, le féliciter afin que votre enfant soit fier de lui

          • Inviter un copain qui a acquis la propreté. L’imitation peut parfois servir de déclic

        Afin de motiver ma fille, j’ai mis en place un système de gommettes. Il existe plusieurs modèles en ligne, personnellement, je mise sur des outils simples et clairs.

        Une grande feuille scotchée sur le mur au dessus du pot avec deux colonnes 1) pipi (avec un dessin de pipi!) et 2) caca (avec un dessin de caca, vous l’aurez compris !) et dès qu’elle faisait je lui offrais une gommette qu’elle collait dans la colonne associée. L’intérêt est que grâce aux dessins rigolos, l’enfant peut voir ses progrès c’est visuel et ludique (Et cela pourra j’en suis sûr faire rire vos invités non avertis de votre nouvelle déco ! )
